원추리꽃 핀 윤동주 옛집 툇마루에서
이한꽃
촉촉히 내리는 비를 맞으며 찾아간
당신이 태어난 옛집 낡은 툇마루에서
당신이 바라보았을 하늘을 우러러봅니다
침략자의 땅 후쿠오카 차가운 감옥에서
스러져간 스물일곱의 삶
그토록 돌아오고 싶어 목놓아 불렀을
당신의 고향 집 마당에 내가 서 있습니다
지금 주인 잃은 쓸쓸한 뜰 안에는
당신의 외로움인 듯
노란 원추리꽃만 비를 맞으며 홀로 피어있습니다
하늘과 바람과 별을 노래하던 이여
내 가슴을 적시는 이 비는 당신의 눈물입니까
나는 차마 발걸음을 떼지 못하고
오래도록 당신의 이름 석자를 불러봅니다
원추리꽃이 지고
다시 새로운 꽃이 피고 지고 피고 지더라도
나는 별을 노래했던 아름다운 당신의 마음을
오래도록 가슴속 깊이 새겨두고 싶습니다.

Visiting in the softly falling rain
On the worn wooden verandah of the old house where you were born
I look up at the sky you must have gazed upon
In the cold prison of Fukuoka the land of invaders
A life of twenty-seven that faded away
Standing in the yard of your hometown home you must have cried out for so longingly to return
Now in the lonely garden that lost its master
As if it were your own loneliness
Yellow daylilies alone bloom while braving the rain
O one who used to sing of the sky and the wind and the stars
Is this rain dampening my heart your tears
Unable to bring myself to take a step away
For a long time I call out the three syllables of your name
Even if the daylilies wither
And new flowers bloom and wither and bloom and wither again
The beautiful heart of yours that sang of the stars
I want to engrave deep within my chest for a very long time.

しとしとと降る雨に打たれながら訪ねた
あなたが生まれた古い家の古びた縁側で
あなたが見上げたであろう空を仰ぎ見ます
侵略者の土地 福岡の冷たい監獄で
消え去った二十七の生涯
それほどまでに戻りたくて声を限りに叫んだであろう
あなたの故郷の家の庭に私は立っています
今 主を失った寂しい庭の中には
あなたの孤独であるかのように
黄色いカンゾウだけが雨に打たれながらぽつんと咲いています
空と風と星を歌った人よ
私の胸を濡らすこの雨はあなたの涙ですか
私はどうしても足が踏み出せず
長い間 あなたの名前の三文字を呼んでみます
カンゾウの花が散り
また新しい花が咲いて散り咲いて散ろうとも
星を歌った美しいあなたの心を
長い間 心の奥深く刻みつけておきたいのです。
